Hit them as fast as possible. As long as they're bouncing, they can't set their fuse off. As soon as you give them a second to sit still, and if you're close enough to em, they'll go off.
A quick solution to stopping them from blowing themselves up is to turn around and run. They'll stop detonating and chase after you.

Server is great. Really interesting to see how everyone plays DF and their own style of fort building. I actually following my fort building rules and it was pretty cool walking around in it First Person.

I don't grief on servers other then venns, and if I do on venns it's with words and spleefing people who don't want to play spleef. I actually get griefed more often because of that.
