What originally started out as a mine, eventually turned into a large chamber for me to hide out in at night. The pit in the middle is eventually going to be a large fire pit after I collect more wood. Right now it's night time and I don't want to get butchered.
I don't know if anyone figured it out yet. But I just made some armour. Holy shit. Unfortunately it doesn't show up yet and I don't think it does anything yet. I found the combination for pants and a helmet, I just can't find chest plate and boots.

When you get around to it, and if you're concerned about aesthetics, you should replace the all the stone blocks with cobblestone. You wouldn't lose any resources, and it would look perty.

After hours of work, I finally managed to get enough resources to complete my castle. I really love this day/night thing. I build tools and work in the mines at night and I come out at day to gather wood and other resources.

Anyone know if I can play the indev version without web access? (With the WoM client).
I haven't tried, since :wom: hates me, but if I recall correctly, a file had to be downloaded from the site pertaining to the java file, but needed to be directly linked to in order to download. Maybe if you can get the link to the indev version;s file, you can follow the same process.
Maybe not though, I know there's a bunch of rabble on the site about not downloading/distributing the indev versions or whatever... but I don't pay attention enough to that anyways.

Man enemies really need to despawn during the day if you cant see them or something. I sealed myself into the beginning area when it turned night and dug a mine and shit was doing real nice, found some gold and a bunch of iron.
so I check to see if it's daytime yet by removing a corner piece of the spawn, it was so I opened up a door and ran outside only to get hit, I turn around and HOLY SHIT THE SPAWN IS SURROUNDED BY ENEMIES.
I swiftly died.

I had a skeleton spawn in a fucking tree, out of range of my torches... and it jumped onto the second floor of my castle. Bastard waited for me to come upstairs before simultaneously shooting and humping my face to death. :argh:

In all generalities, I don't pirate at all anymore. I buy all my games, but I used to pirate big hyped games. The thing is, indy developers can lose a lot more from pirates than companies like EA. If EA loses $1000, no big deal. If an indy developer loses that much, it could stop them from making the game.
I do agree that pirating should be stopped altogether, it's hurting the PC video game industry.
I don't pirate anymore because I have more money available. :downs:
Ontopic again, we need a collaberate 2-3 day per person FP survival map that circles around a select group of people.

I am not sure about that. Most indie devs don't earn dipshit with their games.
Anyhow, i need an update on this game. Last time i noticed it was going to cost money i put it aside, but seems like nice things are happening to the game. Will it ever be released as a standalone app instead of a browser thing?

People, don't pause the game while day/night is changing, the little pause it makes to calculate the light on the world while changing days fucks up if you press ESC.

Also, i can imagine indev multiplayer, tribes survivaling, will be so awesome, reminds me of the days of troll tribes map in WC3, but a thousand times more awesome and with a diggable map.
