You do realise he said it would take up to TWO MONTHS to do it, right? I'd rather he just adds map sizes that are 20x the size of huge. Fuck sake. I want Multiplayer damn it.
^ That still wouldn't be possible, not with the current way he uses to store and load the maps. He'd have to re-write the map handling completely and he is going to have to do it sooner or later, I'd rather it be sooner because the later he does it the more problems it causes and the more problems he has to fix.
Yeah, right now MP sounds more fun to me. At least that would keep us occupied for a LONG TIME.

I thought about buying this game, 10euro isn't that much and I only see positive opinion about this game.
Now I refuse to buy this game. Multiplayer is horrible. I joined some games and it's bad game. I remember old versions with nice randomly-generated terrain, awesome castles on hills, underwater bases on FP multiplayer server. Now what the fuck? Huge flat maps with no water and lava, no caves becuase there is DIG FUCKING LIMIT, I can't place anything because I AM NOT IN GUEST AREA, I have to DONATE to build outside of it. Multiple-worlds bullshit, anti-grefing bullshit based on BEING UNABLE TO BUILD ANYTHING. I can't place anything on this grass block because it was removed and placed again years ago. I can't dig more than 3 blocks down because no. I can't place anything on this because admin says so. Now this game is griefers-free, because new players can't do anything. This is not minecraft I remember.
I'll save my money for later, or just wait for some nice non-fucked standard server with NICE, CARING ADMINS instead of anti-griefing plugins making me unable to paly.

How many servers did you fucking try, one? Search around a bit, there are plenty of servers with lovely generated terrain, and underground bases and castles.
Don't bitch about the game because of one crappy server. And like most people said, you should really buy it for the Indev, not multiplayer.

You seriously think I'll bash game I loved months ago because I played on only one server? I checked a lot, not every one, not half of the list, but a lot. If I find one without flatgrass, it automaticly deletes my blocks. Nearly every flatgrass has some weird water-walled place where I can build, called guest area. I really want to buy this game, but it seems that I have curse that makes me select servers with these dumb plugins/maps.

Seriously though, there are dozens of great servers out there. Flat maps are for easy building terrain, guest area/member areas are to prevent griefing of those who have been on the server longer, etc.
Skeletons are too fucking hard on hard mode.
I don't mind it being a bit difficult but killing one really requires you to zerg.

What changes are to the Survival system in the Indev from the online, test one?
