I don't understand what it's meant to be. An entrance to your quarry? An excavation site, by that you mean a quarry, yes? An excavation site is somewhere you unearth artifacts...

That is the single most beautiful thing I've seen in Minecraft.
I think here in a couple hours I will do a livestream broadcast of Indev again, I did one and saved last time I did a broadcast, but I kinda ended up fucking myself over and just getting lucky for a long time, I think I should start a new game becase in my save I am LOST in this FRICKIN HUGE cave...>.< So yeah I think I will start a new game when I broadcast again

For once I've actually managed myself pretty well in Survival,
I have a goldmine very well protected, and a house with several traps for unwelcome guests. The house also leads to a cave FILLED with brown mushrooms, and gold / other ores.
I have about 25 health-mushrooms so to say at the moment.

Now I can't skip wood and just mine 3 rocks with my hand, I have to make a wood pickaxe, mine 3 blocks and then never use the wooden one again.

How stupid is that? How do you make a pickaxe without wood in the first place? I always hoard at least 64 blocks (about 5 trees worth) of wood.
I turn it all into sticks, save a few which I turn into a pickaxe.
You're gonna go gather wood anyways, why not just make a pickaxe whilst you're doing it? Not as if you have to go out of your way.

Survival is no where near the fun of indev. In actual fact, survival get's incredibly boring, incredibly quickly.

It's just annoying. All I do is mine 3 rocks with it and then throw it out.

Whenever I play Minecraft (client or otherwise), everything always skips and stutters. No, not lags, stutters. It's only when I move. Not turning, however, just WASD movement. It moves me a step and then jumps a step and moves me a step and jumps a step. It's really annoying. Anyone got a fix?

So i really need help. How do i grow mushrooms? under trees? Underground? Can I EVEn grow mushrooms? also where can i find brown mushrooms on a normal map?

You can't grow mushrooms unfortunately, and I've been having trouble finding them too. They used to grow in caves but I can never find them anymore.
if I cant grow mushrooms is the only way to get health is to kill pigs. If I put two pigs in a hole. Will I get more eventually? Im in dire need of health right now.

Breeding has not yet been implemented. You have to find more pigs or make a farm, grow wheat and bake it into bread with a furnace.
