Breeding has not yet been implemented. You have to find more pigs or make a farm, grow wheat and bake it into bread with a furnace.
Wheat takes so long to grow. :frown: And yes the ground is properly irrigated.

Golden tools ??? :psyduck:
Golden tools ??? :psyduck:
They're as weak as wood, only worth it for the eye-candy. [editline]11:52PM[/editline] Or was that what you meant
The surface of the earth is "only" 510,067,420,000,000 m². The proposed surface of these maps equals to 324,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 tiles. :psyboom: [editline]09:26PM[/editline] The nearly-infinite ones, I mean.
Whenever I play Minecraft (client or otherwise), everything always skips and stutters. No, not lags, stutters. It's only when I move. Not turning, however, just WASD movement. It moves me a step and then jumps a step and moves me a step and jumps a step. It's really annoying. Anyone got a fix?
repostan since i find myself unable to fix it
repostan since i find myself unable to fix it
Update java?
-snip- Nah. Better not make it worse...
But that's mario, Everyone makes mario. [editline]08:26PM[/editline] My Abaddon sprite for proof.
How about you make that into a 3D spaceship instead of a sprite.
boop boop boop
I don't understand what it's meant to be. An entrance to your quarry? An excavation site, by that you mean a quarry, yes? An excavation site is somewhere you unearth artifacts... Also, looks confusing. I don't understand what it is! :C
I'm excavating these artifacts called mushrooms. :ssh: Yeah, it's actually a quarry.
I want goddamn SURVIVAL MULTIPLAYER. [editline]04:02PM[/editline] I can see a fuckton of potential with that city map in survival. Live lives in day, get food, do your job. Explore caves at night, shelter from the undead mob. [editline]04:03PM[/editline] With infinite maps you could make a huge world involving a mountain, a lake, a city, a village, a mine.
I don't get what's so great about making sprites All you're doing is counting the number of pixels and putting the same amount of cubes on a wall you're not even drawing, just copying
Making sprites in Minecraft became boring a long time ago It doesn't help that the people who make them can't even be bothered to use some creativity. Pokemon sprites are boring as hell.
How about you make that into a 3D spaceship instead of a sprite.
Would take hours, the Abaddon is freaking massive.
Good thing it's just a battleship.
Fuck yes, that would be awesome.
I concur.
This game seriously needs anti-aliasing. Looking at textures from far away really looks horrible.
I don't see what's so good about the Mona Lisa, it's just a copy of her face put on a painting :downs:
Your avatar is from a video I saw in the Wired magazine =0
With infinite maps you could make a huge world involving a mountain, a lake, a city, a village, a mine.
Dude, you're talking about infinite maps and still thinking of a single mountain, a lake, a city, a village and a mine?
I don't see what's so good about the Mona Lisa, it's just a copy of her face put on a painting :downs:
But Mona Lisa is an original piece of art, not like for example those pokemon sprites. They've been made by someone else. Besides, Mona Lisa wasn't drawn in huge pixels. Also, halp cat, I doubt people will want to have truly infinite maps. I mean, what's the fun if everyones spread out, several miles between them? If I had a server, I'd have one to three grids.
I don't see what's so good about the Mona Lisa, it's just a copy of her face put on a painting :downs:
That has got to be the worst analogy I've ever heard
I don't see what's so good about the Mona Lisa, it's just a copy of her face put on a painting :downs:
It's not a perfect copy. Someone painted that picture from scratch using her as reference. Same with pixel art in Minecraft. If you make your own, it's art. If you copy what someone else made and make an exact copy it will look pretty but it has no creative value whatsoever from your part.
Oh so its pixelart if your sprite is not identical to the reference image? (for example the view is from another angle) How is that going to work because even if you used a reference image people will still complain that you just plain copied it unless you made something that has no reference image. What I'm saying is that almost everything uses a reference image, the only difference between normal art and pixelart would be the level of detail. And because pixelart is simplified it has no room for creative value unless you make something completely original? So where do you draw the line? If I would make a pixelated version of an extremely detailed pokemon picture would that be considered pixelart and not copying?
