I was just thinking about this idea that alpha was actually multiplayer all this time, and that the world was so big it was practically impossible to ever come across evidence of another person, when I rounded a hill and had this weird, almost "holy shit" moment.

Thanks, that is a really great idea. We need a section in the op for advice for new players like me, It would clear up the thread a lot so people did not ask so many questions like mine.

Where # is a block and a space is air. My issue with this setup is you miss the blocks above and below those walls.
