I was just getting redstone in a mine I found, I heard this moaning sound, and about a minute later I saw something blue in the corner of my eye, I swear to God there was something blue there and it went away. It was only in the game box too. I am not fucking joking and I am insanely scared to play this game now :tinfoil:

1) Does it accumulate?
2) If I break the layer of snow on top of a block, will it eventually return?
3) Is it always snowing?
4) Will it thaw after a prolonged period of non-snow?
