You know I really do think Riot is getting better at knowing what's wrong with their game and how to actually fix stuff properly. I actually do think that their decision to let Nocturne by a patch without nerfing him was a good decision on their part. Basing nerfs around two weeks of game time is stupid, and this does give them a lot more time to more properly gauge a proper nerf to him.

I think they just removed armor, not sure if the recipe is changed. They probably removed the cloth armor requirement and just increased the price of HoG to compensate for cloth armor's price.

The only problem with Cass is that she requires a much higher APM. Most champions in LoL now require about 90-100 APM, Cass needs about ~180.
