Depends how much I like them. I typically spend maybe 1/3 of my IP on champions at the moment, as I'm buying a lot of runes. (Since I had no idea to save up to T3 pre-lvl 20 :))
Ones like Irelia, Nocturne, etc who I absolutely love (mostly the strong ones :downs:) I buy after i've played several games with them.

This isn't direct nerf, as now it just promotes getting boots of mobility/speed a bit more, but it's same as if they decreased for example Caitlyns/Mordekaiers/etc ult. It's still good, but you want it to back to old, bigger range :<
