How about I don't think it's people trying to log in, I think it's just Riot fucking their stuff up and just now trying to fix it, hence the red messages and the server now being unavailable.
Tier lists aren't really that great. You gotta find what works for you. I use Karma and Eve who are both at the bottom of the tier list. They're my best characters. I carry teams, and anyone who has played with me here will vouch for that.
Fuck it, I'm just gonna play some Trine for a while.

You can't assume they are fucking up their stuff. For all you know they could be applying some big patch, or doing a huge server optimization update. Don't assume just because you can't get your precious playtime in that it's Riot's fault. And yeah, I'm complaining too but I'm not blaming it anyone and I'm not making a scene out of it.

I'm looking for an AP nuke, one of the few things Kayle doesn't offer.
I can play her if we desperately need to scrape in some AP, but I'm worried about the lack of burst damage in some of my games.

Brand might be good then. AP TF is sort of burst but from what I've seen he's not on Annie level. I know you like more thought-process champs but besides maybe malz (maybe) the burst nukers are just button mashing mindless shitters. QWER there you go now you're good at ryze annie and sion

his ult is the most "languid" part of his kit, his QWE is pretty spazzy
