He's really good and fun and build him like tanky mage/standard mage build ok. Deathcap/rylais

Good, not OP.
He's kinda like Ryze imo.
He has like 4 sec CD on all his spells late game (45 on ult), and they damage like ~350+ AP with 540 AP late game. .
He does very good AOE damage though.
i really like brand
he's very similar to malzahar i think
very good at farming, good early, good mid, and still OK late game
i'm not really sure about late game though, because the only game i've played with him there wasn't ever a full teamfight because someone always got caught out of position on their team, and they just kind of started dieing
i was like 13/11 i think because i started screwing around and running 1v5 so i could see how much damage i could do before i died :v:

They last for 3-4 days or so and they announce them 2-3 days early.
