Magic Pen. Marks
Mana Regen per Level Seals (filled these out)
Flat Cooldown Glyphs (not filled yet)
And Avarice Quintessences, because I'm usually laning with a farm-heavy champion.

It'll either be Avarice or AP Quints, depends on who I'm laning with.
AP for healing, Avarice for the money; I'm just getting the latter first because they cost less, but I'll get both eventually.

Sorry about the misspelling. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to verify if I was right. Anyway, do you think I should get him next? Otherwise I am looking at getting Gragas. I'm just wondering if KassAdin is worth getting with all of the tanky dps going on. Can you still burst those types down easily? And what about team fights, how does he hold up there?
