Creator = The two highest Elo players in the match.
You will get
1. Elo loss 15-25 Elo.
2. Timed penalty like in ranked.
3. Leave.
4. Defeat.

champion gets banned, then you play another champion
if you can only play one champion don't play ranked :v:
when you close the game in ranked champ select you automatically lose ELO instead of possibly losing ELO
I just bypassed all the patching problems that half of EU appears to be having, bought the Brand double bundle and just got a quadrakill.
