Something being "annoying" is the worst reason to fuck with abilities.
Getting stunlocked or hit by a million CCs is more annoying than global ults, and way more common. If global ults are getting taken out, then so should the huge amount of CC. :argh:

I've noticed one thing when it comes to Maokai players, most are slow as fuck with their root and stomp. It's like they need 2 seconds to move their mouse it the ability.
I'm tired of all the hostile environment put on me in this forum by certain people.

I been building AP and AS, but after the 2 recommended items that give both of those what should I buy? The rest of the recommended or.. ?
OKay teemo guide time.
First item dorans blade
Then get phage, enables you to be tanky and gank, etc.
Followed by boots 1 and malady (Malady >>>>> nashor's for raw damage, Nashor's is only good for the CDR)
Then finish boots and frozen mallet
then get whatever you want. Rageblade, Gunblade, nashor's. up to you. Try for a B veil as well as with all champs

Gah wow so according to the forums they're reworking Karthus, TF, Panth, and shen because they have "OMG ANNOYING" ults. wow riotgames for you. I think all CC is annoying nerf that too. Infact just make every champ a no-utility champ like kat/morde
i also found it funny how in post game the entire enemy team left instantly.

I think that AP teemo is far superior to AD Teemo. The build I use that I almost always do extremely well with is this:
>Start with a Regrowth Pendant. This gives you good early game survivability from the health regen.
>Next, I go for a Mejai's because with your shrooms, you will be getting a shit load of assists and possibly a lot of kills as well. I often get 20 stacks in a game because I am good at not dying.

>Next is when you get the Malady, so that your poison does more damage.

that game owned
what turned it around from wanting to surrender to rape
1. they goofed at a tower and were out of position, giving us kills
2. our team stopped fighting for 2 minutes cause we got kills
3. me and douchey warded our entire side of the map
4. they got caught out of position due to our wards and we won another teamfight
5. they started arguing amongst themselves
6. they got caught in bad teamfights again due to wards while they were doing dragon and while they separated
7. we got baron and won a last teamfight and pushed with 5000 ad caitlyn

It's only confirmed that TF and Panth are getting reworked.
I think they're still keeping global ults because they made no mention of Gangplank losing his ult in his rework. It's probably just Panth and TF.
