I think it also depends on the role you're playing. CS means Creep Kills right?
Just played a game as Rammus where our Nocturne was sure we were gonna lose from the start, because he had a losing streak. Team was pretty good, Heimer and I kept Akali under 20% of her health at all times, but couldn't kill he because she was at the turret and Heimer wouldn't dive. Our Twitch and Nocturne were both free-sheep, but were pretty good. Blitz only had about 2 deaths, both from entire enemy team killing him after the rest of us died.
Enemy Twitch was terrible, had 3 kills and 11 deaths. Their Nocturne was also bad, used Paranoid every time it was up but only used the secondary of it 3 or 4 times.
Was pretty fun.

Might be worth mentioning that probably during that during those 70 minutes we we're losing badly, hence why low minion kills. We were getting our asses kicked and then the tides turned.

150 in 30 minutes is pretty bad.
Crackberry is correct since some roles aren't supposed to get CS at all. (However this isn't HoN so supports should also farm up)
EG alistar only farms until BoM and then roams so he usually has half the CS that the ranged carry does.
Current competitive meta game:
Solo top (farm lots and lots of CS or your team will lose)
Solo mid (farm lots and lots of CS or your team will lose)
Babysitter bot (harass + protect your baby or your team will lose)
Baby bot (farm lots and lots of CS or your team will lose)
Notable occurances:
Two tanky DPS top, farm is 110% more important than harassing. If you harass your lane gets creep pushed. They'll also shrug off harassment usually.
Mid, harassing and farming are pretty big especially after the aggressor and defender roles have been established. Zoning is pretty important.
Bottom. Harass is important to protect the baby but too much pushes the lane. The babysitter should be able to get wards though.
#1 baby sitters / heroes that don't farm:
Janna, Alistar, Taric.
On alistar and taric HoG is an amazing item.
Janna doesn't use farm because she's mostly ranged utlity + her shield is really strong.
Alistar doesn't use farm because his ulti makes him the biggest soak ever. Due to this he makes a great offtank for late game team fights even if he denys himself some farm mid game by setting up roaming ganks.
Taric doesn't use farm because his auras are truly outrageous along with his passive to give him extra beef. Similar to alistar taric's stun lets him roam and gank however alistar's ulti is better for roaming.

I just stick with one lane and get my lane partner fed.
I wish Corporate Mundo costed a bit less. Cool with a new sound and skin but still.

Could do that, but it's not just if we have a Twitch/Nocturne on our team...
Makes me so mad when the opposing team have either a Nocturne/Twitch, and for some reason they are always better than the ones on your team :saddowns:
