My point was that these champions were bottom to top tier with no changes.

How should I save up IP for Nocturne? I only get about 130 per win, and with my current W/L ratio, I'd probably need to play 100 games to get him. That can't be right.

Free week coupled with miscellaneous changes sparked interest in him
Why do you think Riot tend to hand out such random buffs like +.5 ratios? It's so people would go "oh x has been buffed I might as well try him out"

Galio got overnerfed like a motherfucker because he was used in the WCG and shown he was good after not being paid attention to since his release.
Being good in LoL means the nerf hammer will come down super hard on you at some point. Play and get good with mid tier champs and never worry about anything.

Eve went AFK, Ryze built AP and had a mana base of 750 by the end of the game, TF put us all on ignore and took mid like a douchebag, Veigar decided to jungle.

It's actually worse
On some occasions normal players are way better, but in my experience ranked players are better most of the time.
I've only played one ranked game, and it was enough for me to go back to normal. I generally premake with some people from Facepunch though. Make sure you have me added. If I'm on and you are, I will usually premake with you.

That's because it's not. It's a minibuff. Makes people think she's good but she's still not.
