Kurodragon is the best Blitzcrank that I know. When his internet gets fixed, you'll shit your pants when he plays Blitz DC-free.

I could see them nerfing the fear. I don't think they'd target anything else. How they go about that nerf would be in one or more of three ways IMO:
The first would be to decrease the range at which it can still trigger. As of now, once cast the grasp is way too far to escape by almost all means.
The second would the obvious decrease in time feared.
The third would be to increase the amount of time it took the fear to take effect.
Hopefully they go for the first option or a combination of these three. Once Nocturne fears you and catches up, you're done. That's why I hope they decrease the range once it's locked on.

I didn't know .95 per AD was bad scaling.
Also, the bounce shot nerf didn't do jack to stop her from being a good pusher.
It scales off bonus AD. Coming from a Garen player, even though the ratio is quite good, it's very hard to make that extra damage do anything.

Bf sword should be 10 minutes but still then it's another 15 minutes to IE

I really wish they would fucking realize this because Garen is fun to play, but he starts losing his power unless he can obtain 50AD every 5-10 minutes. Which doesn't happen unless you're getting fed really hard.
