you can stealth for 50 goddamn seconds, and with your amazing movement speed with BoM and a PD, you can scout out baron, dragon, golem, etc if the other team is stupid enough to not buy an oracles.
i don't run in there and initiate a teamfight, i just dick around in teamfights and clean up, because his AA range can usually reach over obstacles/ walls, and with us alt, you can do quite a bit of damage.
plus getting kills with your expunge is hilarious. :v:
just have an alistar/ karma/ sona/ other support champion babysit you early game, don't give up first blood, don't feed (trololo), and farm yourself up to mid/late game.
twitch sucks early-mid game basically and is terrible in teamfights, and, like shaco, you do no damage and he's slow as ass. you need to rely on ganking/ cleaning up to do well with him. you need to rely on farming, then when mid-game begins to end and late game starts up, you begin to start kicking ass, if you're not feeding/ enemy team isn't fed.
and if the enemy team tries to get first blood off you, immediately ghost, cloak, use a health pot and exhaust if necessary. you can easily escape them if it's really early; you shouldn't be in this situation if you're actually trying to play him (as in not feeding).
