Besides a fed Annie bot on intermediate I've never really experienced any real troubles vs AI, I usually play because I want to practice a build or a champion in general.

she can get away from everything with that flash
and she can engage you so damn easily
Everytime I play against a katarina I'm just plain fucked (the whole team is)
It's like Riots servers can't hold more than 10,000 people until you have to wait in a 40 minute queue.
