I for one support our new Wriggles overlord. The point of the nerf was that the life steal from Wriggles also affects the proc.
You might not have noticed it, but whenever your Wriggles 500 damage nuke hits it would heal you for a shit-ton. This way, the 500 damage nuke still hits hard on minion and in jungle. But you dont get that massive heal from the physical damage nuke
But in return we get increased life steal. Up to 18%. Thats fucking amazing IMO. Its up there with Starks for major life steal. Except its cheaper than Starks to get, and effectively more cost effective. I mean Bloodthirsters and Starks were the only REAL go to items for lifesteal. But one of them has a flat 15% that is lost upon death. And the other costs a metric shit ton to get.
The only REAL nerf was the increased cost. This pretty much means that when I blue pill back. I'll probably be forced to buy boots instead of finishing Wriggles.

Every champion will lose every ability. All base AD and AP will be set to 25. Base HP will be set to 100.
Since ~everything~ is anti-fun.
TBH If I'm wrong and the dirty sourceless redditor is right that these nerfs / changes are happenning (also rumor nidalee nerf, less push and no more hidden passive) then GOOD.

i jungle as trundle so i don't really prioritize boots because of my wall and contaminate + red
My plan is usually get razor, jungle up another 350 gold, buy boots, then gank if I can. Then finish Wriggle;s and get boots.
That is, if I'm playing Olaf. He's the only jungler I've ever gotten Wriggle's on.
