Stun her when she uses ult, use your combo and watch her health meter drop.

i love queuing with less than 5 people, because then you get Poppys on your team that buy 4 philos as their first items and wait until 30 mins in to buy trin force (no sheen, just the whole thing at 30 mins)
and then I looked at their match history and their last poppy game they bought 5 philos and boots of swiftness. atleast they're improving!!!!!!!!!

My build is dorans ring -> dorans ring -> needlessly large rod -> deathcap -> hourglass (NLR first) and then situational AP items. By the time I get enough gold for the NLR, I'm usually still farming mid. At this point you're not really getting kills, so I really wouldn't take Mejai's first. If you're really desperate, or if you have to blue pill before 1600 gold, you can take Blasting Wand first.
Some good items after Hourglass are Lich Bane, Void Staff, and Abyssal. (99.9% of the time I take Lich Bane after Hourglass)
Skill order would be W at level one, then R>Q>W>E. Take a level of E at some point before 6.
Masteries are just standard 9-0-21. Points in Mpen %, Ghost and Flash. Obviously that means I take ghost and flash as my summoner spells. Twisted Fate is squishy as hell and you need plenty of escape options. Teleport is overkill and you won't really need Ignite, anything else is just a bad choice for him. Runes are really personal preference. You should definitely take Mpen Reds. I take health/level yellows and MR/level blues, and health quintessences. You don't need mana regeneration because your Blue Cards give you everything you need.
I'll update my Leaguecraft guide at some point but there's a quick build.. as for playing him you just need practice. Learn how to aim Wildcards, it's got a huge range, but the cards have pretty small hitboxes. Blue cards are best when you're low on mana. Red Cards when you want to deal maximum damage (this + stacked deck = huge damage output). Gold Cards for ganks/escaping etc. Don't waste your teleport just to clear minion waves. You can use it when you're mid during the laning phase to get back into the lane, but other than that you should save it for ganks

Deeps carry TP does more damage end game but is squishier and isn't great until he gets his items
Karthus and Veigar might trigger more ridiculous Lich Bane procs from AP alone but TF also has damage from PAC and Stacked Deck (and both of those also have AP ratios)
Red Card + Stacked Deck + Lich Bane Proc = Dead Things

anyone know when the next free champion rotation is? isn't it usually monday, I'm not usually at home this time of day so I don't know the approximate time they usually swap champions.
