When I roam as soraka I help all my lanes at the same time. Roam around the map, fill their hp and mana and go for the next place. I always steal our wolves so I get some farm. I do this everygame I roam (I pmuch only roam with my premade so they don't rage at me by stealing their jungle)
I never get underfarmed. Actually if I stay on lane I can actually outfarm few of my friends unless they are playing easy-farm-champs like sion or cho.
Janna shield =/= Soraka heal
These are two different spells and I can use both of them for different purposes. Roaming as soraka is imo rewarding since jungling is so easy for the jungler since refil his hp/mana. I can help all our lanes hold longer with my spells. And when jungler ganks I can even come to silence the victim and heal my mates so they can even towerdive if possible.
That extra instant 250dmg silence nuke has many times made a successful gank happen.
Also, mobility + lucky pick is enough to roam till I gather my 1600g. I never feel like I stay behind in level. I don't even have AP per level runes but I am buying them since they will help my Soraka life pmuch.

Just wanted to show my last game. Pay attention to time, gold and my items and last hits.
Leblanc agreed to let me farm and then leave lane when I get lvl 6. Outfarmed Corki in the beginning. :p
First pic was when I had lucky pick + money for mobility = my roaming core but I decided to stay till I get lvl 6.

In the end of the game I had more AP than LB since she was bad and wasn't really ganking early. We lost because shen + teemo raped corki very fight. LB told us that she has to leave in 10 min and she started playing way too aggressive and got u in bad situations.

Playing cassiopeia I ulti their twitch every time he unstealths, never get the kill, then at the end I finally get a two kills and the warwick says I'm killstealing.. I fucking ulti'd that spinning garen and then nuked as much as I could >.>. I think the reason people think cassie is bad is cause you don't actually see her doing damage cause of all of the damage over time so those melee guys think they're doing all of it.
