How to win games.
Have AP backdoor tower by tower trough the whole game. When only nexus is left and enemy team constantly protects it with 5 man have poppy run in and ult one of them and slap the shit out the nexus while enemies can only watch them lose the game.

I was playing a Co-op Vs AI game with someone who was very new to the game and he was like "Whoa! Where did the gem on the nexus go?", I told him it flies around the map and stops at a random spot and beams onto the ground, then step into the beam to get a buff. He believed me and looked around for it during the game.
I felt bad.

I get 15/7/something endgame. I'm too fed to be killed anyways so I just roam around the map.
Enemy team has Ashe ( who fed me all the goddamn game ) Veigar, Garen, Lux and Cassio. I have BV so Veigar can't do shit against me because he usually uses his R as a initiator against me.
Cassio is fucking UP, Lux runs away from me, Ashe AFKs in base and I've never seen Garen around my champ.
I keep roaming until I decide to go in a bush to gank Cassio and Lux

Haha there is your problem right there. You need to pick a character who can get fed and fuck up the other team, not support your team. Solo queue is a joke. Pick a carry, shaco is a good one, locate their weak team members, feed off them, win.
