I don't even mind the 2 second stun on it in lane (talking about being against it), and mid-late it'd be 2 or close anyway. Your Shield idea is really cool
I don't like stuns as much as I like slows. For example Vladimir. He doesn't have a stun but when he uses his second move(Forgot what it was named) it slows the person and does damage.

What the fuck riot?
So I went 9/3/9 with Garen in my 5th solo ranked game. I feel really good because of it. There was a really intense moment where I was pushing creeps off of bottom tower and my team initiated a fight. I saw the fight just after it ended (I think 2 people died) and three of the enemies were low. They attempted to B in a bush in the jungle, and being Garen, I spun to win. I got a double kill right off the bat, and a low Renekton started fleeing the massacre. Because I was a Demacian, I knew I couldn't just let him get away. I popped my Q and chased him into the enemy jungle. Just when I thought I had lost him (I was sweating at this point) I found him trying to juke in the bush. I Exhausted, spun to win again and got the third kill.
This is one of the greatest achievements of my life.

Just tried cass for the first time. I got owned during the laning phase by trynd and fed him like 5 kills but then during the team fights i raped face and we won. She's ok but she's not worth 6300ip. Also, her ult is buggy as shit; half of the time it didn't even stun people who were facing me.

his shield and stun early game use up so much mana.
100 for stun 70 for shield at level. sure it shouldn't be 2 seconds throughout but it's hardly op if you really think about it
and sion has such low mana 175 at level 1 and only gets 25/level.
