I was just talking about the old blind monk model because it was put into the game files and never used. With that said it's not that far of a leap to think they would troll us with something like that.
People make custom skins for champions all the time, think if you actually had the tools Riot does..how quick can you throw something together.
I am not saying he isn't really but bases strictly off the model it's not 100% that he is.
