While a damaged engine decreases horsepower, damaged gun loses accuracy, damaged ammo rack loses RPM, etc. I could have sworn it made you turn slower; maybe it just worsens soft stats?

I would bet it was a spoofed CW match where the enemies let them knock them to 100 health each and then he killed them by two or three with standard HE.
HESH does have splash, but keep on mind that if the shell penetrates, it explodes inside and causes no splash outside.

Gets outperformed by every other medium. It can't go fast, it's armor is not so angled and it has a comparatively larger profile compared to the rest of the tier x meds.
I think the only way to ever play this thing is to just shadow other tanks or just hang back and snipe.
Man I've seen so many random FP members in pubs. First acid, then Clockbike, and finally Panther earlier today.

I've seen a few myself, one I remember was on Himmelsdorf in a SU-100 or SU-85. In fact they he/she was the who killed me that match...
I really hope that the Failowe and M60 Patton and 907 aren't just clan rewards. I'd like to be able to actually have a chance at trying out those tanks, especially since I've spent so damn long grinding to the E-100 and the Failowe seems like essentially a better version of that tank.

It will probably be rewarded to those clans who hold land at the end of the CW "season" or whatever that means.
I can't say I know who butterduck is on fp
but damn he and willy are good platmates, winrates up the wazoo
