Yo I can get access to this book if needed. Is there anything you need from it, or more on the T95 that wasn't posted that you think would be useful?
Probably very little more outside what already there. Likely just a few more lines of text and pictures.
I'll start you off on this, and get back to you with some more on it. First bit is rather brief. http://www.militaryfactory.com/armor/detail.asp?armor_id=331 Found this from Hunnicutt's Firepower (a book I would like to have). Only problem is it is only a snippet of a few pages. Here is the actual mockup for the earliest idea for the T95 (well actually the T28, but then again they were the same tank) that someone sold a while back on ebay. If I remember correctly, it only went for something like $46 because people didn't realize it was an official model till too late. Otherwise it would probably have gone for a few thousand. Here is the stuff on the T95 medium tank. List of variants if you want to see them. http://jedsite.info/tanks-tango/tango-numbers-us/t95_series/t95-series.html And the T110E3. Just because. [editline]28th March 2013[/editline] Hey found something else, a document of the T95 from the Aberdeen proving ground
WHERE DO YOU FIND THIS SHIT
WHERE DO YOU FIND THIS SHIT
he's ogo I'm pretty sure that's all that needs to be said.
Facepunch's resident Tank Detective.
Got any info on this? http://jedsite.info/tanks-lima/lima-leopard/leopard1_series/a1-porsche723/porsche-723_001.jpg The website its on says its a leopard 1A1 prototype, but I think that's wrong. The engine deck is totally different, the turret has some similarity's to the A3 turret, but there are some obvious differences, there looks to be a RWS on the turret, and the gun looks like its triangular instead of cylindrical. I cant find anything else on it, and that bothers me, because this thing looks seriously hot.
Oh wow, managed to get my first counter-arty oneshot. It was hilarious.

The tank is not the Leopard 1A1, but rather the Porsche (group A) prototype design 1 (of 2). It was armed with a 90mm gun, weighed 33t, had a 10 cylinder 600hp engine and could go 65km/h. [editline]28th March 2013[/editline] Plus they almost never source anything. God damnit I don't want a summary, I want the actual info.
Plus they almost never source anything. God damnit I don't want a summary, I want the actual info.
What you want to do, is take the designation, plug it into google, and keep refining the search.
What you want to do, is take the designation, plug it into google, and keep refining the search.
That could work, except for really rare stuff that they could have taken from a book that apparently no one decided to scan. Like their claim of a BatChat 35t, I still haven't found anything about it but whoever wrote the article somehow saw a mention of it (although it could have been a misprint :v:). There's also the fact most books which aren't scanned by Google have terrible tags and cannot be found unless you know the exact title. And then there's the fact they take images from the SHD and JPEG rape them like chars-francais.net. Now that some fagola DDoS'd the SHD, there's no fucking way to obtain the high res .tiffs for AMX plans which makes me horribly mad.
I hate this game. I don't know why I play it. I would never wish game upon somebody.
Is it because of how addicting it is, grinding, or shit pubbies?
Is it because of how addicting it is, grinding, or shit pubbies?
I hate everything about it other than the really awesome tank models and the way they've exposed so much history to the world.
Also should I get the tracks for the JP2, save for the engine, or save for the gun?
If no one has answered you yet than I would save up for the gun, then get the engine, and then the tracks.

Has anybody been having trouble with their launcher today? Mine's running slowly, it takes forever for it to load the headlines, and constantly crashes. Also I get lag when I get into a match. Also been unable to get onto the forums or website.
Alright so I'm currently credit grinding to buy a tier 9, but I'm having trouble deciding. Should I get the E-75, Lorraine40t, or the M103? Where do I shoot an E-100 if I have 226mm of penetration?
Where do I shoot an E-100 if I have 226mm of penetration?
Sometimes police bars, lower hull based on the RNG. Or that little observation device? On the top of the police bars assuming you are accurate enough.
Man, Conqueror without the L1A1 is rough. The Caernarvon was only an okay tank in tier 8, and the Conqueror without the L1A1 is that exact same tank but up one tier. It's almost a whole other Conqueror's worth of XP to unlock the turret+gun.
Where do I shoot an E-100 if I have 226mm of penetration?
Lower hull or rear. Reliably penning the side not so sure, haven't played in so long because of damn graphics card I can't get my fix!
Hurr lets plow full speed into our teammate and knock him out of cover!
Lower hull or rear. Reliably penning the side not so sure, haven't played in so long because of damn graphics card I can't get my fix!
Welcome back to reality.
[IMG_thumb]http://filesmelt.com/dl/shot_0284.jpg[/IMG_thumb] That is what you do when your AMX12 runs out of ammunition.
Sometimes you get that magical game without artillery at tier 8. Those games are what this game should be like. They're decided by smart and fluid movement of your team. Flanking tanks and using cover actually means something. Positioning, knowing when to shoot, and minding yours and the enemy's armor are suddenly much more important. Those games do not make everything worth it, but they are a welcome gift.
Oh wow, managed to get my first counter-arty oneshot. It was hilarious.
Yesterday I had two of them in a single battle and got hackused. While artillery is annoying, it can save a lot of nerves of your teammates when you counter it.
50% Credit Discount for Consumables My body is ready.
Well, there goes all the credits I was going to buy a BatChat with...
If no one has answered you yet than I would save up for the gun, then get the engine, and then the tracks.
Top gun can't be mounted without tracks, so the order has to be tracks -> gun -> engine.
