Consoles are hardware from 2005/2006, so of course they wouldn't have the tech of 2010, including DX10 and 11.
Get with the times. XP is old, the only reason people say W7 bad is because they've never even used it and are blind. Windows 7 is amazing in every way, a huge step forward from XP.

Jump down from the platform thing in the spawn area and follow the road left until you reach a military base, there's a chopper with missiles and miniguns

Either they are on the bandwagon, and have never tried it, or they were one of the release adopters, couldn't deal with the bugs and went back to XP before Service Pack 1 came out.

I've tried out the demo on the 360 love it. I tried installing on Steam, but I do not have Windows 7, (I will by the time the game is out though)
So does anyone know which controls are better? I mostly PC game but I'm not sure if such a game (free-mode, open, lots of moves, etc) would work out.

I did not say w7 is bad, in fact i have it on my netbook and it's fuckin amazing. All i'm saying is that upgrading to W7 is a waste of time when everything works just as good if not better on xp. Also, ignoring the biggest population of pc gamers (xp users) is poor decision making.
