Surely there'll be another way to get the preorder stuff.
I read on the forums that if the demand is high enough they may make it as DLC at a later time.
Yeah, I am kind of thinking I want to cancel my pre-order from STEAM and get it from Gamestop instead, but then I won't have achievements or steam cloud support.. Hrmmmm...
PC version comes with Steam stuff.
PC version comes with Steam stuff.
God damn, destroying the radio mast looks awesome. games need more physics based destructions like that.

Comes out on the 23rd in North America

Well shit, now I know what game I'm buying next.
VAC only applies to VAC games; I think you can generally substitute 'Valve' in for VAC there, so you should be OK. I'd double-check though.
Some non-valve games use VAC, this one isn't the case though, VAC is usually on Valve Games and a small selection of other games with Online support, meaning even if you cheat on a Valve Game in singleplayer, you don't get VAC banned.
I can't seem to find the grappling hook parts.
What is the "right" way
Well for example MGS4 gave me the same feeling. I kept getting spotted and had to shoot almost every enemy.
In this case I just blatantly shoot everyone and everything, instead of doing cool stuff with whatever.

I'm pretty there aren't any.

Try playing it a different way then
Something doesn't make sense. Just cause 2 is using steamworks BUT it has gfwl plastered all over the box... :wtf:
For the parachute using a controller is better though, you can lean slightly forward to keep your speed up without having to tap the w button over and over. Controller is just better for this game all around to be honest.
I would agree about the parachute, but a)you shoot people while using it, and anything involving shooting is best with Mouse and Keys, and b)For some reason, my grapple button doesn't work. The only way I can grapple with a gamepad is by pressing the A button, and that closes the parachute.

It says Games for Windows, not Games for Windows Live
It does say Live on some covers though, as i just discovered :raise:
I was using that program that would allow me reach out of bounds areas as well as give infinite time. When I was heading towards the city I surprisingly came across another flying aircraft.

Aircraft spotted, begin chasing.

Riding for the capture.

Abandoned ship and jumped. I got in but there was no resistance, so it was an easy taking.
How often do you usually find other flying aircraft's? This was a first for me really.

Games for Windows, not Games for windows LIVE. One enforces industry standards, like supporting the X360 controller and shit like that, while the other has the shitty GFWL interface in addition.

No, it doesn't. It only has the games for windows logo. That means it meets all the quality standards like widescreen support.

i have pre order that edition on eidos shop (french edition) it's game for windows not windows live oO
It was announced that customers who pre-order the game would receive a physical map included with the game and also have access to exclusive DLC which includes extra vehicles (Agency Hovercraft, Monster-Truck and Chevalier Classic), weapons (Rico's Signature Gun and Bulls Eye Assault Rifle) and a differently designed Chaos Parachute. In the US, DLC content differs depending on the pre-order location (i.e. a different item would be available per retailer) but for the rest of the world, all DLC is available. This was a subject of some controversy throughout the Just Cause 2 fan community, but soon after, it was announced that the DLC would be available for purchase over Xbox LIVE and PSN at an undefined date after the release of the game.
now what about the PC users??
now what about the PC users??
I'm guessing steam store, since it's using steamworks.
