So I was playing this shit on xbox, got the timer frozen in a glitch and then took the time to fly as high as I could, and way up past the large clump of clouds. It was nighttime by the time I got up there, and it was sunrise by the time I was plummeting down, its nice seeing everything in a orange color.
Also, for xbox player's who want the timer jammed at the cost of a annoying banner.

Like i said, i'm going to upgrade to Windows7 in the next two weeks but it still pisses me off that they decided to drop Dx9 support even though they had a Dx9 version (ie the x360 version).

Don't own a 360 so can't test it myself.

Well, there should not be a reason for hacked shaders and stuff in order to run on xp in the first place since they already have a Dx9 version for x360. They just decided to be assholes...

Will this game have multiplayer? Even if it's just splitscreen, it would be incredibly awesome to be flying a plane with your buddy riding on top shooting missiles at enemy choppers.

I want one for weapons. I hate having to hunt down a sniper and kill him to get ammo, and there is only one shotgun in the whole demo as far as I know.

For the last time, NO. By your logic, it should run on OpenGL as well since that's what the PS3 uses.
The games were developed separately in parallel. Sure, some assets were ported, but the engine coding would be different on each platform. Developing for the 360 is not the same as developing for the PC.

heres some features of just cause 2:
-if you dual wield left mouse button shotos gun in your right hand and right mouse button shoots gun in your left hand
-it takes place on an island with trees, like crysis
-theres cars in it, they're not fun to drive.
-sh-tload of motion blur
-you can parachute all the time if you jump off a car on purpose but if you drive motorcycle into fence and fall fof a cliff you cant parachute
-you can air juggle people with bullets
-a car pulled up to me and one guy got out and then the guy in the gun on the car killed him
