funfact - golden wrenches were the main reason drunken_fool got banned. One of valve guys leaked these "random" dates of when is the golden wrench handed out.

The explanation i saw for the "random" times for the golden wrenchs was that the times were randomly chosen prior to the event.
Something like on July 10th they decided 10am and 3pm on July 11th will be the times, but the way they chose the times it was random.

but valve owns, and they can make a piece of metal act more human-like than most of the normal people in other video games
valve's animations are just godlike, you can tell every trait these robots have just by sounds and movement
in less than 30 seconds
