Robot's don't have genders but they are based on them. Glados is considered female. It's just a robot though. Stop trying to over analyze this. It even says on the wiki that P-Body is the feminine and Atlas masculine.

What's there to contradict? You people insist on referring to them with genders so then at least do it right because P-Body is clearly supposed to be the female. Therefore don't use gender terms on the robots or at least use the proper ones they're meant to be represented as.
