I'm pretty sure that's because the bar represents the time to release, it's like the timer just below but in progress bar form

Well, actually, the main progress bar is an average of the other percentages. So to get to 100%, we need to have everything at 100%, I think.

Whelp, not using that program switcher again. My computer BSODed sometime last night.
Slept for 6 hours, expected the progress bar to be at least at 70%, fucking 59%.
I have lost all hope. Unless something happens in the next 10 hours I will be going to bed for school on Monday.

I think it's just an average of all the bars. Still, filling bars pulls time away from us, so we probably won't get to fill them all.

I couldn't use it. Since I use vista I have to click "continue" when I want to open steam like it does. There's a way to stop it but I don't remember. Also, I ran BIT.TRIP BEAT overnight and didn't get any hours. :(

Cogs is at 81% Synch, estimated max-out at 10 hours maximum, but we all know it won't take that long.
This has been quite an interesting ARG, but I can't help but feel they should've started this whole schpiel a day or two earlier than usual, give us more time to decrease the time.
