Sadly I am one of those noobs who still use the default format. Keep in mind that they arn't in order of my rotation (I have that imbedded into my imaginary finger brains)

Even have wand hotkeyed, but not spellsteal or living bomb.

I just keep the wand there as a filler. My hands are weird for me it feels uncomfortable to push 1 while going through my rotations. For things past like 5 I just click.
Get key binds if you are going to post in a thread what your key binds are.
1 for Auto shot (fuck you it's useful for hunters and i prefer it to T)
2 for Explosive shot
3 for Black Arrow
4 for Aimed Shot
5 for Serpent Sting
6 for Kill shot
Shift + 1 for Blood Fury
Shift + 2 for Aspect of the Viper
Shift + 3 for Aspect of the Hawk
Shift + 4 for Rapid Fire
E for Concussive shot
R for Steady Shot
F for Hunter's Mark/Tracking macro
I really should rebind Kill shot to a closer key, and bind Misdirection and Volley properly but goddamn I can really not be bothered right now.
Any other skill I don't bother hotkeying, I use it so rarely that I won't remember they keybind anyway.
I don't use WASD to walk. I use RDFG.
Then use all the numbers and letters around that to do my spells. Really effective.

Feign Death used on high threat.
High Threat acquired from High dps
High dps mean you are good.
pull mobs before tank attacks -> need feign death -> not binded -> dead.

I use keyboard turning from time to time because my mouse is a bit dodgy sometimes it's glitching and don't want to work
Well, I keyboard turned when I wasn't keeping my mouse button 2 held for mouse-turning thingy.
For example when browsing a mailbox with your mouse. Or when you were just travelling around, and not having your left hand on the mouse at all, I mean I felt my left hand imprisoned to that mouse when doing anything in WoW if I didn't have Q and E binded for turning. Whether it'd be jerking off or drinking from a glass, you name it. It's worth it not having Q and E binded, imo.

i find q and e to be really good spaces for fast-reaction cooldowns i.e for me as ret, FoL, exorcism, arcrane torrent etc

I never had any two key binds, that shit just pissed me off...
But the one I used the most was Mousebutton 3, which would give me instant- FoL's.

I had one button on my Deathknight, Just a macro I spammed over and over, that was really all I had to do to level.
