No, that's because I'm still uploading due to my slow upload speeds. It'll be done in 22 minutes, according to Dropbox. Until then, maybe build on one of the cities that did upload.

I don't think it technically matters, but I just dropped it into the SC4 folder.

Put plugins into SC4 and city still corrupted, I think I'm just gonna do a reinstall and see if that helps.

No matter how many agricultural zones I zone and no matter how many residential zones I zone the demand never stops. Its always pretty much maxed out in both areas.
