Bonus points if you can guess what the color scheme is based on
Is it those female Yoshi things?

I'm leveling my Ember.
If I ever get an ember, I'll give her the color scheme of a chicken.

Her design was based off of MC Hammer's wardrobe.

I was actually basing it of a character from evangelion, but I can see how it loooks like a candy cane

Christ, I wanted to guess Eva but I also didn't want to punch myself in the face because I thought about that show again.

Well, I refer to the characters/mech from Evangelion by their flavour anyway.
Eh, a bit far fetched, especially with those white coils. :c
Can't color them sadly

Re-sized and saved by accident so I had to redo everything, whoops. I've better integrated the 'beard' with the rest of the helmet to make it look a little less bolted on. I also changed the colour scheme to cerberus style white black and orange to make him look less like frost. I've also been thinking about names, Galahad is my current favorite.
I also fleshed out his abilities a little better:
1. Bulwark: Direct your shields into a 180 degree barrier in front of you deflecting all damage back at your enemies. You are however unprotected while this is active, any attacks to your rear will go straight to your health and leave you staggered. Upgrades increase duration and the amount of damage deflected.
2. Phalanx: Your shields slowly regenerate and you gain a bonus to armor, the effect is increased the closer your teammates are to you. Upgrades increase magnitude of the effect.
3. Charge: You Rush forward knocking everything in your path to the ground but doing little damage. This can be used in conjunction with Bulwark. Upgrades effect duration.
4. Rally: You expend all of your shields in a massive blast, any downed teammates caught in the radius are instantly revived. Any teammates not downed gain brief invulnerability. Your shields take longer than usual to replenish after using this. Upgrades effect the invulnerability duration and the amount of time it takes for your shields to start recharging.
Thoughts?
it's interesting that you chose to make his abilities have weaknesses, since I don't think any other power in the game does?
Alert with Paris blueprint
What a shitty alert mission
I think that they are more interesting to use this way. Say if bulwark was just a 360 degree barrier that deflected damage, you'd just charge into the room activate it and laugh as every enemy in the room killed itself.
But having it only affect a certain area that you can control brings in a sort of risk/reward dynamic. Do I activate it and charge at that heavy gunner deflecting all damage at my enemies while potentially risking being staggered by a stray bullet or lucky buzz saw? Or do I activate it and turtle up in the corner, wait for my shields to recharge and then break for more permanent cover?
Maybe it's just me but I think 'hands on' powers are more fun to use. Like powers you can actually control in some way or have variables that play well into a co-op dynamic.
Do you guys think there will ever be other solar systems to go to?
Perhaps once you get to level 30 with a frame you could make it tier 2 or something, opening more mod slots while changing the appearance slightly.
What's a good place to farm alloys fast?
Defense/Extermination missions on Venus if you're low-leveled, Sedna if you're around level 20

Horrible Eris.

absolutely, it would be better if more abilities were like that, instead of just trading various amounts of energy for kills
how much Platinum does it cost to Rush a frame?
