Oh, she just lost her invincibility during the Contagion activation anim? That's not really.. that big of a deal.
It isn't just during the activation animation, it was throughout the entire contagion's effect that you are invincible. Now it is appropriately removed.
Though I will admit that, outside of being in a big pinch, I can't imagine myself using contagion as much as I used to.
I just got an update, anyone have patch notes? I have no idea where I'd find them.
Also I could get a sentinel blueprint, are they any good?

Sentinels are bare bones right now, but they will surely be expanded on. Since they can be leveled up, I would recommend getting one now just so you can be ready when they are actually useful.
After my experience, they get all the mods you want for your warframe. Meaning I've turned my wyrm into a tank with a peashooter.
I'm waiting for the eventual beast tamer class/warframe to be created. Literally create a sentinel that just slaughters everything.

Or you can just get a nyx and play infestation missions.

If I got as many redirection mods for a warframe as I do for a sentinel I'd be very happy :X

That's a good idea. I have all the components for Wyrm except a control module, so I need to kill hyena a few times I guess.

I have Nyx, and I love her, but games just drag on for too long.
I have a potato wyrm with all the defensive mods (vitality, redirection, steel fiber, fast deflection) somewhat upgraded and warrior, guardian, regen and that stun ability which I never notice almost fully upgraded. The problem is that their weapons aren't anything to be proud of. I just added some rate and reload mods on it because I don't own an automatic rifle at the moment and a freeze damage mod, which is extremely useful when I get swarmed.
I still wish the made a ground-based one, like a puppy-like creature which runs around, biting people. Or a drone with a prescript to pick up loot instead of attacking.

Fire hek solves any problems!
Everyone is running around with a million creds while I'm sitting here with 253.
I quickly gained 60k by selling lots of mods. Mostly warframe abilities (because I only own one warframe).
After that I didn't fall below 50k even after buying various stuff and crafting some weaponry. Just some alert missions bring a lot

That is getting suggested a lot in the design council and I have a feeling it will be incorporated by the developers in coming updates.
I remember the times when you would sell 20 pages of mods and gain half a million. Good times.

though if you had saved all those mods and turned them into fusion cores, you'd be set for life right now.
I just sell duplicate mods and keep fusion cores, with high rank mods it ended up costing me more to fuse 30 cards into a mod rather than 5-6 cores.
I'm getting loads more mods in general after the new update.
It's pretty cool actually. With the new mods coming out they're really making the 3rd person shooter / ARPG I've always wondered about.
What melee weapon would you recommend for Ember?
I love the Volt warframe aesthetics, and how the colors work out.

Oh by the way, my Volt is done. Frost time.

Oh. Holy shit, I never ever noticed. That's pretty god damn overpowered, actually.
I usually just use Molt and Contagion in conjunction. Doesn't work with bosses, sadly.
Finished making the double heat swords, they look badass.
Contagion barely does any damage, venom bulbs are annoying to hit, and usually require high upgrades to deal significant damage. Melee also doesn't work on venom bulbs. And Miasma doesn't seem to be worth using, it's range is too low for the damage.
Miasma is lethal, I'm pretty sure they buffed its range this update too.
I agree her first ability is kind of useless, but Contagion is still something to use if you are going into melee. Kind of like Ember's overheat ability; its there for the situation if you feel like you need it.
Contagion costs 75 energy for about 7 seconds of around 10 damage bonus to melee, I find that to be very wasteful, especially at 75 energy. And I don't think Miasma changed. The Venom skill is somewhat pointless, it seems more geared for ranged players since you can't melee the bulb, I don't get it, is Saryn suppose to be a melee class or range?
Melee. Venom I think is designed to give Saryn some ability to cast on enemies as she closes distance with them and, if you are using an auto rifle, its really not hard to hit the things. Then, the entire area is poisoned as you get into melee and mop up with contagion or miasma.
I got redirection for the first time in a normal mission today.
Servers are down for me
Servers are down for me
I've been going crazy wondering why I couldn't log in for the past hour. Hopefully it's just the servers.
It keeps telling me I have the wrong log-in info, but I know for a fact it's right. Does it have to do with servers being down?
What's that?
I think it means that enemy factions can now spawn on the same map with each other again. Maybe.
ok so i got the saryn blueprint without actually knowing how warframe blueprints work. discovered i need to have a saryn helmet, chassis, and system along with some orokin thingy.
the first three require blueprints of their own.
those blueprints are in an area i didn't even have unlocked.
so i piggy back off of a friend's unlock and find out the missions beforehand are FUCKING HARD.
i spent 35k credits only to grind in an area outside of my skill level.
i need a hug
I have a question:
What would be better throughout time? A Cronus, or dual heat swords?
I find Charge Damage and Charge Rate boosted Furaxes murder everything but Infested once you figure out how to "Zandatsu" with them. ('Punch and Run', in this case)
It's a great weapon because you can sprint with them while you charge. Once you get the timing of your charge down, you'll really start Hulking the fuck out.
It's only downside is that if you get swarmed, you're going to have a bad time unless you've got a Frame that can deal with close-in swarms.
Furax + Excalibur or Furax + Loki, for instance, are both amazing combinations. Excalibur can just radial blind when you can't punch everything around you and Loki goes on a murderous rampage with Invisible and his crit-boosted Furax punches.
Edit: In fact, I think I'll make a video demonstrating just how amazing it is to Furax through a whole mission.
I have a question:

I have a Cronus with +125% charge damage and 40% faster charge speed, as well as some armor-piercing damage and elemental damage. This leaves it just a few slots for other mods, but I can obliterate most things with charged strikes.
It's only downside is that if you get swarmed, you're going to have a bad time unless you've got a Frame that can deal with close-in swarms.
Maybe it's just because of Rhino's impenetrable blubber, but I find when I get swarmed- which I often do intentionally- my charge speed is high enough that I can just wipe a path right quick.
