Well Rhino has AOE CC anyway, so getting swarmed would be easy to get out of even without a fast charge weapon.
If I have Armour Piercing and Fire damage on the same weapon, do they both count or just one?
I have a Cronus with +125% charge damage and 40% faster charge speed, as well as some armor-piercing damage and elemental damage. This leaves it just a few slots for other mods, but I can obliterate most things with charged strikes.
I'm sorry but, were you bragging about your gear, or actually answering my question?
ok so i got the saryn blueprint without actually knowing how warframe blueprints work. discovered i need to have a saryn helmet, chassis, and system along with some orokin thingy. the first three require blueprints of their own. those blueprints are in an area i didn't even have unlocked. so i piggy back off of a friend's unlock and find out the missions beforehand are FUCKING HARD. i spent 35k credits only to grind in an area outside of my skill level. i need a hug
anyone want to [del]babysit[/del] escort me through merrow a few times?
I'm sorry but, were you bragging about your gear, or actually answering my question?
I'm telling you the Cronus is a damn fine weapon that's served me well for many levels with a specific set of mods on it. Make an inference.
anyone want to [del]babysit[/del] escort me through merrow a few times?
Sure thing.
Turns out MAG was a huge waste of time and resources. Luckily my Rhino finished at around the same time and it's actually a good warframe. In related news, Rhino is fucking awesome.
Turns out MAG was a huge waste of time and resources. Luckily my Rhino finished at around the same time and it's actually a good warframe. In related news, Rhino is fucking awesome.
There is a reason why Mag is never going to be built by me.
Personally I like Banshee, but too many of her skills are AoE. I don't even use Silence. But I liked how mag sounded from the dev interviews of her skills and I found out she sucks hard long before. Huge disappointment. Also, server's down again, goddamnit. They need to do something about that this is getting silly.
Ugh, of course my first encounter with the stalker I'm doing a deception mission solo. I was carrying the datamass module, so I only used my pistol (Yes I know you can drop it but i was being retarded), I almost killed him, but was stupid enough to start meleeing him when i had to reload. Needless to say I died, though he had about a sliver of health left. If the place wasn't crawling with grineer, I would've lived.
Why are you soloing?
The people I was playing with all left, but I still wanted to play. I also forgot to set it to public match.
Should I finish Mag or try to get the System for Sayrin and build her instead?
Well, Saryn is better than Mag. It's up to you though.
I solo near exclusively. I just don't get a lot of fun out of the multiplayer experience. That's not Warframe's fault though, it's just my preference. Game's still fun in Solo; gets pretty hard at points though. Edit: Oh and I finished that Furax video I promised earlier in the thread. I'm not an amazing producer/director and I did just whip it up on a lark. Still, since words fail to describe why I love the Furax maybe this'll get my point across better. No shoryukens 5/10 not bad.
Funny thing: I often do shoryukens to close the gap on someone so I can do a charge attack, or to set them up for a charge attack (e.g. Grineer shieldmen). Kinda backwards, I guess, but I just love punchin' people into (flaming) halves.
The thing that makes Furax the best for me is the distance the bodies go flying. I mean when I can uppercut a dude 50 feet into the air or punch him over the ridge of a distant mountain, that gets me excited. It's like WHAM POW
Hell yes, the new patch added Physx to DX11 mode. [editline]oh i see[/editline] Wait it just looks like DX11 is disabled now (at least for me).
Motherfuck, the servers are getting hit hard. Don't try playing for now. Some idiots are DDoSing them. Also, Warframe's forums are full of morons. Case in point.
The thing that makes Furax the best for me is the distance the bodies go flying. They're absolutely amazing. Kills ancients in two or three charged hits.

After a week and a half of playing, I discovered that you can sell mods. Suddenly credits everywhere.
After a week and a half of playing, I discovered that you can sell mods. Suddenly credits everywhere.
I didn't find out I could buy blueprints until a week after playing
Turns out MAG was a huge waste of time and resources. Luckily my Rhino finished at around the same time and it's actually a good warframe. In related news, Rhino is fucking awesome.
I haven't played my MAG since the change to Mods, but the MAG was/(is?) the best Warframe in the entire game. Because she only has one damaging skill (Crush) all of her power is in that. All you needed to do was stack power range and power efficiency. Defense missions were too easy, you could just spam Crush over and over and never worry about running out of energy. To be honest, I don't think anything has changed. You most likely won't get her Crush as cheap as it was before or the range as high, but stack some power range and strength and watch how you walk into each room and whipe out every single enemy. Her Crush is devastating, best "Ultimate" out of every single Warframe. In my opinion if you want Raw power play a MAG, don't give up on her until you have Power Range/Strength/Efficiency. She needs mods to work well. The new Mod System is probably even better now because all I'd use is Crush which leaves 3 slots to improve personal utility. The other warframes have a more balanced skill kit, whereas all of MAG's damage is in her ult. You just had to mod your character for that particular strength. I used to run around with 275 Power spamming ~50Power Crushes.

So when I started playing this I didnt understand the mod system at all or what I was doing. I managed to fuse my fourth Loki ability with some worthless mod so I lost it. I didn't realise what I had done until I had played the game for a few hours :(
Honestly I am fairly sure I can do any mission without using any abilties at all.
Honestly I am fairly sure I can do any mission without using any abilties at all.
Yeah I mean I do very good without it, just curious how it would be to have it.
As a question, if I make a warframe from the foundry do I get the abilities or do I have to drop them? Also what side-arm is good to go with if i'm going to be using a gorgon or a HEK. And should I look forward to replacing the Cronus with something else?

I'm almost at Jackal but I still can't defeat General Sargas Ruk. Seriously, his chaingun mows me down before I can even completely take out his shield and I have to hide. He regenerates during that time. Sometimes he doesn't shoot right away and I get a bit of his health off but I always run out of ammo before I kill him.
