If you can't get over 100,000 people on it, then good luck trying to get it, since Developers probably need a minimum of 20,000 before they even consider making the game.

And it'll need up to four player splitscreen with bots.
The reason why TS4 is in such a confusing state is that the masses have no idea that Crytek would make it if they wanted it and thus don't ask so Crytek makes no notion of ever making it so thus nobody knows that they might.
Information is the key.

Around 30000 to 50000 should do, the devs know that only a small percentage of the interested people will sign a petition (so if 50000 were to [B]show[/B] interest it might mean that there are 750000 that are interested but did not show it).
