Well, we obviously haven't reached an agreement.
Can somebody post a link to the location of the individual lines that he spliced together?
Or is this really totally new audio (albeit chopped up and spliced oddly together)?

Search harder, I knew it was from the HL2 leak the moment I heard the suicide part.
One of Eli's lines made me believe these were from the beta of HL2. Something about him not seeing Alyx for a long time, because (and I'm a bit hazy on the details) I think I read that Eli wasn't Alyx's father, but someone like Captain Vance was, but then they redid a lot of the stuff.

Breen has always been in Half-Life 2. Back during the beta he was known as the Consul.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but this is cut dialogue from the end of HL2, not EP3.
Wasn't Breen bald or some shit in the beta? He looked more of a Hitler-like commanding leader rather than a smelly old man telling everyone what to do.
