Blood Money was good as was Contracts, the thing i always wanted in a Hitman game was a real "assassination". Like you have to set up somewhere and really plan an assasination. There are lots of places to shoot from, or to rig a car with a bomb or whatever, but something that takes extra planning.
Probably just me (and i'll probably get dumbs for this) but i always found myself on Hitman to kind of going with the flow without any planning, just start the level, find the target and make a b-line for them and either gun them down or hide in a closet and choke them when they were on their own.
I'd like maybe just one mission where you have to plan stuff more and pull of a real assassination where guards are everywhere and you must escape. Kind of like the mission in Russia in one of the earlier games, where you had a sniper rifle and the target in a meeting.
Fuck, you had to climb one of the tours and he was in the park? That was on fucker of a mission..
It was either that or bomb his limo from underneath a drain...

No it was like you started in a tube station and there were KGB agents around so you went through the sewers up some manholes and into this building. There was a big building in the centre and you had to kill one of the targets inside but you didn't know what he looked like. You were listening to Diana and she was saying like "he smokes" "he is white" "he is wearing..." blah blah and you had to choose the right one.
Another option was running and gunning which was always kind of fun in Hitman but was a little too easy.

Oh and the ghost in contracts was creepy.
Ghost?
I never got far in Contracts but I want to know about this :o

Inside the hotel, there's a corridor with bluish light. In front of one room, there's a guard and all that police equipment n' shit. Kill the guard or do something else with him so you can go inside the room. There's a dead guy on the bed. Go into the bathroom. If you look into the mirror you can see a ghost.
Did I forget something?

Damn ninjas!
Postal Dude looks the same as he did in Postal 2. Youre a stupid head.
Oh the irony.
I always wondered who that ghost was. Is he a character from a previous Hitman game? its been quite a while since I last played codename 47 and silent assasin
This made me watch "How not to play Hitman" Again. Damn they were funny.
I loved Blood Money, it was one of the best games in years, and I honestly wouldn't mind if they stuck with the engine or even brought out a standalone expansion pack, it was just an excellent game.
Hitman is comparable
Now that they have finished Mini Ninjas, they can get back to work on hitman 5
=/
Emm and .. let's hope they were working on the next hitman all these years instead of that mini ninjas crap
I jjust want more of the same, but just generally bigger and better, with more ways to get to and kill your target, and more organic controls and movement.
I need to try Hitman again, I forget which one it was but the controls were horrible when I tried it. Would I miss too much of the story if I played Blood Money first?

i played blood money first and i understood the story line just fine, you probley played hitman: codename 47, i was just playing that game today and had to edit the controlls.
They're making it after the next Kane & Lynch apparently.
Why in the blue hell would they create a new Kane and Lynch after the first flopped?
Why in the blue hell would they create a new Kane and Lynch after the first flopped?
Because they're retarded, they should be making Freedom Fighters 2.
Kane and Lynch 2 :saddowns:
Because they're retarded, they should be making Freedom Fighters 2.
I don't know which I'd want them to make first, Freedom Fighters 2 or Hitman 5.
Hitman 5.
Hitman blood money was so freakin' good.
All they need now is a way to make the combat better, and more ways to kill people, and it's a wrap.
Ah, I should get the first Hitman game and play it.
It was most awesome, even with the terrible controls and bugs.
Because they're retarded, they should be making Freedom Fighters 2.
This. I believe it's one of the first mainstream shooter games with simple to use squad controls and that really made it shine.
I bet 47 will bang Diana on the 5th one
Because they're retarded, they should be making Freedom Fighters 2.
I don't think they can because the FF license is with EA. They're currently working for Eidos.
Also, did anyone knew that Mei-Ling appears in the MGS series and Hitman series?
Concidence?
Or is 47 and Solid Snake in the same world?
[editline]03:45PM[/editline]
No, it's the guy who died in the hotel.
:downs:
And the other ghost is also the maker of 47.
I just hope that the tie-in with the second movie won't ruin the game.

For me it was more like starting over/reloading until I knew all the options andthe perfect plan had formed in my head, then I'd execute the plan. I love Hitman's gameplay.
