you unlock mutant spider when you start the spider challenge i think. I found ghost baby and rainbow baby easily.
Goddamn it, was doing great at obtaining dark boy in the Depths XL until I entered the first boss room. The bloat immediatley fired the second I entered the room. Why do I even bother.

Is it so hard to draw a different looking face? Just making it green is really lame. They're not a champion version, but a completely new enemy that shoot explosive shots

Brimstone is definitely broken. I picked it up with Magdalene while I had no items, aside from her starter item Yum Heart, so it's not just a certain combo that breaks it.
After 11 hours finally beat mom the first time.

I just remembered how a few days ago I was doing a great run, had max tears, yum heart, bunch of other neat stuff.
Then I accidentaly picked up IPECAC.
It was one of [I]those[/I] runs

Since the areas are single-floor, that only makes them easier.
Just bring an Emperor tarot card down with you and all you have to worry about is the boss. The Satan fight is easy to avoid damage but the [sp]Isaac/???[/sp] fight has a lot of random elements that won't make a no-damage run easy.

Best bet would be 3 defensive items (flies, cube of meat, angel) and stand in a corner spamming Epic Fetus.
But that would also only work on the first phase
