Use cain a lot, he has a high % of finding rare items. the halo can be in golden or satan rooms.
The common cold can only be found in satan's room. best way to find it is run with Issac and use D6 every satan room you find.

I always get frustrated that I can't roll a Horseman's drop. I have never fought more than two of them in one round so the meat cube is pointless.

Well, it could come in handy for blood banks if it leaves behind a surplus, so if you're geared for that kinda playstyle (with Bloody Penny as well) Little Chad could come in handy, even if it's only a little help. Maybe it could use a buff, I dunno; either make it drop more often or drop full-hearts instead of halfies.
