Is it just me, or Epic Fetus is turning everything in easy fest?

Yep, I blunt forced my way through the Cathedral and beat [sp]Isaac[/sp] with only a few hearts, on my first try. Epic Fetus really needs a nerf of some kind, probably in the way it handles. Put a bit of lag in the target movement, something like that.

Epic fetus just needs a nerf in how common it is to find. I keep finding the damn thing, way more than normal fetus which I've only run into once post-dlc.

Samson should also get damage the longer he is in a room, not only for killing monsters

I just beat the game for the 5th time. I did it while doing "The Doctor's Revenge!". So basically I unlocked Fetus in a Jar and Mega Fetus in the same run. :v:

If you're fast enough or just close enough you can just run circles around them and they won't shoot. The eyes of sheol might be a little more difficult to do that with.

I had the best run of forever then I died to a beam when [sp]Isaac[/sp] only had 1/10 of his health. [h2]FUCK.[/h2]

Ahahahahahah, I FINISHED PURIST. I had over 11 hearts, and 6 soul hearts. I had Epic fetus I had a full health pill (Just in case) And I got Dead dove in Womb 1. Let's just say that the last boss didn't have a chance.

There should be an item that combines bombs with lemon mishap. Every bomb leaves a damaging pool after explosion

Welcome back! Once I wanted to enter one of those boss arenas while I had a shitload of hearts. So I got to the closest blood alchemy machine, put more than half of my hearts when bang, it explodes. Well, I think to myself, it's another of those IV bag, so I can keep doing this. But no, it was a regular blood bag. While, on the other hand, everytime I'd need a blood bag I end up with an IV instead. v:v:v

I have 30 hours in WOTL(3 achievements left until platinum!) and still haven't found my favorite items. Demon baby and Max's head where are you

I've been getting tooth-shot + Tech2 every run, for like the past 10 playtroughs. I hope he fixes this in the upcoming patch
