You enter a new room and you get the Sin battle intro and music. There's no "vs" bar to tell you which Sin you're facing, there's nothing inside the room, and the door doesn't even lock behind you.

Gave demon beggar all of my hearts and became invisible somehow.
It was glorious until I humped one of the bosses too hard and accidentally picked up a heart that spawned when it died.

Little Gish seems to turn into Brother Bobby again, this time during combat. However when the room is cleared, the turns back into Little Gish again. Little C.H.A.D. and Bum Friend stayed normal.

Also just found out that my games running only at like, half speed most of the time. It's never bothered me but seeing some videos where enemies are moving super quick and multiple explosives don't cause horrific lag and just kinda dawning on me.
Edit: If you have sack of pennies and bum friend, bum friend should become a miniboss and fight you to the death for it.

I know there's been some speculation on the ending, especially with that new patch addition, but has anyone ever theorized that most of the game is 'in Isaac's head' per say?
Not going with the cliche 'it was all a dream', but rather that most of the things in game could be attributed to the terrified imagination of a small child. Things like how mom is a towering giant, and some of the exaggerated uses items have. I know I'm likely wildly speculating, but it's been something that has been kicking around in my mind every since I went lurking through Ed's froumspring and he made mention of the story being subjective and prone to changing.
I just finished the final final boss. The new floor is AMAZINGLY difficult. I'm so happy that Edmund recognised that the game wasn't that much of a challenge anymore and by god did he make it hard. The only reason I won was because I had Nun's habit + Nail. I couldn't imagine winning without a way to replenish health.
I unlocked a new item "Isaac's head". I think I read a few pages before all the new items are trinkets so I'll have to look out for that.
I honestly think the new sloth "buff" was only meant for Super Sloth and has been given to Sloth by accident.

It's a glitch right now. It made me invincible last time I did it. As long as you don't gain health you will stay invincible.

Did you make a deal with devil, heart donation, any sort of health container change you can think of? I do think it's a bit buggy and with all the new items I couldn't imagine it working 100% anymore.

Slow charge, but kills ANYTHING in one hit, except for [sp]Isaac[/sp], which took 3 full blasts

If you get an item that gives you a hear container but no heart it counts as taking damage, (Odd shroom, Health up pill etc.)
