The bomb bag shows up in almost every run to me what the hell, it's getting annoying.
Larry Jr. mini boss + Guts works really well. Larry poops and the guts are forced to change their path. It makes them much less predictable.

Hahah I actually did that too the first time I played with him, I thought "hey, why not?" and then I was like wooow did I really do that? The fight was intense as fuck because I didn't knew anything about Satan so I kept going like "oh god oh god" all the time.

Sometimes when doing too much damage and/or freezing Satan, he turns into a statue and the lifebar fucks up.
I played with Judas after a long time and I have beaten the Mom and Satan. Never gonna get this kind of items again.

I love how people say it's harder to use the mouse to play this game but for me I find it easier. Guess it's cause I play left handed with the mouse.
I tried using controller and just couldn't get the feel for it.

People are used to dual-stick style controls, a direction on the firing "stick" is the direction that your character fires. Requiring that the mouse be moved with respect to the character's position in order to aim a certain direction just feels a bit awkward in that sense.
I like using wasd and the arrow keys because I'm accustomed to it, too.

Well I use the mouse for aiming/shooting and I use the directional arrows on my keyboard for moving. It works perfectly fine for me that way.
just beat mom's heart with isaac
now all i have to do is beat it with eve and judas (HAHAHAHA that'll be frustrating) and i've beat it with all characters except the blue baby

it's funny, cause the build was actually REALLY weak, it was mostly range upgrades, and the things that absolutely made the game were homing shots+ouija board+common cold+the pact
i also had the book of revelations and a 3rd level meat boy so that helped a lot
I got that tarot card that spawns a beggar, I had 17 coins so I decided to get an item from him. He dropped Compass, ok, that wasn't worth it but the shop will have crappy items anyway, right? Nope, Mom's Contact and I have 9 coins left. FML.

I'd rather have the Contacts, it was the first time I have ever seen that item in my game. But then, my play time is only 15 hours (with about 3 being a result of leaving the game running and doing something else) and the Compass always seemed to be in one of the shops in my every run, so I assumed it's common.
mom's contact is one of the better items in the game, not better than the compass though

Oh ho ho, you haven't seen anything yet. Wait til you get into an arcade. You will almost always get hearts, and the blood donation machine might drop like 1 coin for you if you blow it up.
Golden God should unlock an item
Call it like Midas' Touch. Every three enemies you kill or something, you get a coin. The more you don't get hit, the more coin gain. If you get hit, the item resets.
