So I just beat Mom's Heart with Isaac, and when I opened the chest, he was wearing glasses with $ signs and had a gold tooth :v:

Complete honesty, only thing I gave myself was the polaroid, the rest of the shit was just stuff I found in the chest and previous floors, I found the D6 and had a blast with Guppies Tail and the Battery.
Edit: Thinking of it now health may of been glitched if razer takes red hearts instead of soul, I had the relic and book of revelations for awhile so when I got in there I kinda went nuts with the razer to see what would happen :v:
