Got Blue Famine. He charges at you, doesn't spawn any flies. On his second phase he attacks like Monstro.

That motherfucker is insanely cheap by being able to get not only a free cheapshot on you when you enter the room, but also being incredibly difficult to hit without being hit yourself unless you are north of him.

Did those Greed-esq enemies get changed so they can't take your money while you're invincible? Getting touched by those bouncing heads leaves you losing over 40 cents if you're stuck between them and a wall and even worse if you're stuck between two of them.
