Some people don't, but yeah it is pretty unlikely. Also McMillian would be the worst psychologist, apparently the dude loves gross shit, so Isaac would be all like "And... and I had to shoot my poop for quarters" only to see him trying to give him a hi five or something.
I think Mcmillian being the psychologist would be a pretty cool thing because it could explain where he got all these ideas for this game.

Just got Wrath of the Lamb after putting this game down for forever. My love is rekindled.
After grinding for literally 100 minutes and approximately 400 cents plugged into arcades and fortune tellers (thanks to Bloody Penny + IV Bag), I accidentally pick up the Tick.
Thankfully on the shop I found Mom's Purse, so all was not lost. But I had spent 7 of my 8 remaining cents. No Polaroid dropped after the Mom fight, apparently I wasn't meeting the prerequisites for a "good run". Going through the Womb, I plugged most of my cash into Beggars with the hope that they'd drop the elusive Polaroid, but no dice -- they gave me Soul Hearts at least.
Entering the Cathedral with no Polaroid; found a Fortune Teller machine a few rooms away from spawn. Unfortunately, I only had 1 cent after the last Beggar I donated to. Polaroid on first use.
Oy. I don't care if the Polaroid has a chance of dropping after the Mom fight, getting into the Chest shouldn't require that much time investment in order to play the slots in your favor.
Just won my first Chest victory with Isaac. Tech 2 + Polyphemus + Meat Boy
Helped that I had an Emperor card too.
