Beat Satan yesterday and today I found mom's knife then later on that book that lets you be invincible.
Let's just say that you don't even need to dodge bosses, just activate the book and go stab mode.

So far the only boss I've ever really had trouble with was Bloat.
His blood beams happen so suddenly, and without warning. All this while you have to dodge his eyes. The only safe way to attack him is diagonally, or by running behind him, but he jumps around too much for you to take advantage of that.
Peep is easy stuff. Bloat gives me problems though.

Harbingers don't appear very often. It's just that several of the most useful items (Revelations) increase their spawn rate.
Encountering just [I]one of them [/I]in a run sucks because really, a Pretty Fly is a shitty reward.
I always encounter Famine. It's not even funny anymore.

The Bean and Lemon Mishap should recharge in the same fashion as the Candle. Chocolate Milk desperately needs a buff, charged shots don't do enough damage for it to be worth it. Especially since I feel like it breaks damage modifiers, like Blood Lust.

Yeah, I think they charge faster too. They both went extremely close to me several times and somehow never hit me. I don't even know how that was possible. :v:

It's probably like I said; it's either a twisted fever dream or part of Isaac's personal hell. Either way, the boss battles are kind of an internal apocalypse for him, but not his innermost; nay, those would be him fighting himself in the Cathedral and Chest.
